Returns may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be:
Unused and in original condition
Unworn, unwashed, and free from makeup, perfume, or damage
In original packaging (including tags for clothing)
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Cosmetics or skincare products that have been opened or used
Lip products
Fragrance
Underwear or intimate apparel
Sale/clearance items (unless damaged upon arrival)
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will resolve it promptly.
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
