Returns & Exchanges

Return Timeframe

Returns may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Unworn, unwashed, and free from makeup, perfume, or damage

  • In original packaging (including tags for clothing)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Cosmetics or skincare products that have been opened or used

  • Lip products

  • Fragrance

  • Underwear or intimate apparel

  • Sale/clearance items (unless damaged upon arrival)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will resolve it promptly.


Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process.


Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
